Consider the story of Joseph in the Bible (Genesis 37-50). He was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, and imprisoned. Yet, in the end, God raised him up to be a ruler in Egypt, saving thousands from famine. What others meant for harm, God turned into a blessing.

One of the hardest things for Christians is waiting. But Isaiah 40:31 promises, “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles.” While waiting, God is refining our character and preparing us for His blessings.

  • Keep a gratitude journal to remember God’s past faithfulness.
  • Meditate on Psalm 27:14, “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”
  • Avoid comparing your journey to others—God’s plan for you is unique.
